ABOUT COACH
Claude
Claude is the Head Varsity Coach for the Boys soccer program at Nottingham High School where he was the All-CNY Coach of the year in 2023. He also is the Head Coach of UPSL Division One side Amlima F.C. Claude graduated from Keuka College in 2020 with a Bachelors degree in Sports Management. Claude played four years at the collegiate level in soccer with two First Team and one Second Team All Conference Awards, and earned the MVP award during his senior year.
When I was 6 years old, I remember sneaking out to go watch my big brother play soccer in a local community league in Tanzania. I always knew I wanted to play soccer. Every time I got a chance, my feet were touching the ball. I came to America in 2009, and during my first couple years in Syracuse, I used soccer to learn English. Soccer kept me out of trouble, and it became my life.
When looking back on my career. I've learned that extra practice is the key to success. It is my goal to give back all the knowledge I've gained from my past experiences. I train one-on-one and in group sessions with both genders and any age group. I want to help the students of the game achieve their highest abilities and to become competent, skilled players.
